Your card details are never disclosed to us and are not held by us in our database. Your personal data, including name and address is held in an encrypted database and is never disclosed or sold to any third party. When can you expect to receive your order?

Your order will be dispatched by Australia Post receipted delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not available a card will be left and your parcel will be available to be collected from your nearest post office.

Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery of orders within Australia.

You will be contacted immediately if your order is likely to be delayed for whatever reason.

What is our returns policy?

Inside Australia: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days in original condition with it's original packaging stating your reason for return and we will be happy to give a full refund on the price. We regret that we cannot refund postage except where the goods are faulty.
